New Explosion-proof Pressure Transducer Options
Including independent temperature output
The CS60 explosion-proof pressure transducer continues to set the standard for durability and performance in hazardous environments. Core Sensors now offers expanded options that make the CS60 series even more versatile and cost-effective for demanding applications.
Dual Output: Pressure and Temperature
A new option allows customers to measure pressure and temperature with one device. The CS60 can now be ordered with an independent RTD-based temperature output in 4-20mA or 1-5V.
With two signals from a single transmitter, system designers benefit from:
- Reduced wiring complexity
- Lower installation cost
- Weight savings in compact assemblies
Corrosion-Resistant Material Upgrades
To address the toughest chemical environments, the CS60 series is now available in:
- Inconel 718 – High strength and excellent resistance to high-temperature environments
- Hastelloy C276 – Superior resistance to chlorides, oxidizers, and reducing agents
These materials expand the service life of the CS60 in corrosive applications beyond what standard stainless steel can provide.
Expanded Signal Options: 1-6V Output
In addition to the standard 4-20mA and 1-5V signals, customers can now select a 1-6V output range. This provides a 5-volt span across the pressure measurement range and allows easy integration with a variety of monitoring and control systems.
