Core Sensors requires that all products returned must have an approved RMA number and Return Form. To obtain an RMA number and Return Form:
- Complete the RMA Request Form found on this page.
- Submit the completed form to [email protected].
- A Core Sensors team member will review the RMA request and issue an RMA number and Return Form. We will contact you if more information is required.
- A copy of your Return Form must accompany the returned material and a copy should be kept for your records.
During the evaluation stages, it is possible that the product will be disassembled to investigate for root cause. This is typically a destructive process and it is not possible to re-assemble. If the root cause is found to be manufacturer related, a replacement will be offered.
Core Sensors will not be held responsible for product returned without an RMA Number and Return Form. Returns without the proper documentation are subject to rejection and returned at the customers expense.
