Pressure and Temperature Transducer Categories
Core Sensors designs and manufactures industrial OEM pressure sensors and transducers for various applications and environments from less than 1 PSI to over 45,000 PSI with various materials including stainless steel, Hastelloy C276, and Inconel 718.
Pressure transducers for use in areas that require third-party certifications to ensure safe and compliant operation. Configurations include low and high pressure, submersible and differential for explosion-proof, non-incendive, and intrinsically safe areas.
Submersible pressure transducers are available with various customization options. Constructed with 316L SS wetted material and ETFE cable, Core Sensors submersible transducers are an excellent choice when monitoring tank level as well as level measurement in confined areas such as bore holes. Flush diaphragm and intrinsically safe ratings available.
Core Sensors offers differential pressure transducers for various measurement applications including filtration and tank level monitoring. Configurable differential pressure ranges up to 300 PSI are available along with various electrical output signals and connections. Available in general industrial, intrinsically safe, non-incendive, and explosion-proof designs.
Downhole pressure sensors are sensors that are engineered and designed to operate in environments with high temperatures and high levels of shock and vibration. Core Sensors offers downhole pressure sensors up to 204°C using a specialized bulk silicon technology.
These miniature high temperature pressure sensors using bulk silicon technology with high-strength nickel alloys are available for high and low temperature applications for high temperatures and harsh environments.
RTD temperature transmitters are offered with various probe lengths and packaged with a welded housing for rugged, industrial applications.
Core Sensors offers accessories including cooling adapters / siphons, Schrader adapters, mating connectors and mating cable assemblies for a complete sensor package. Custom accessories are available upon request.
