Core Sensors offers high temperature pressure sensors up to 200°C with a metal-to-metal flare process connection, compensated millivolt output signal, and a high strength glass-to-metal seal electrical connection. Each of our high temperature pressure sensors comes with an integral PT1000 temperature output for additional measurement capabilities.

High temperature pressure sensors are sensors that operate beyond the industry standard operating temperatures of 85°C to 125°C. Core high temperature products feature a bulk silicon sensing element free of welds, O-ring, and fluid filled cavities, containing the process and minimizing risks. Whether standard or custom designed, our high temperature pressure sensors are designed to operate in harsh environments, surviving various temperature, shock, and vibration conditions.

A high temperature pressure sensor is able to measure pressure at elevated temperatures. Many industrial pressure sensors cannot exceed 125°C due to onboard electronics and signal conditioning. Core’s high temperature pressure sensors are available with a compensated 10mV/V output signal. The output is due to the highly specialized strain gages and measurement technology. This gives users a tremendous amount of millivolt output signal versus competitive products on the market offering 2.6mV/V. Core Sensors can offer backwards compatibility for lower level outputs for customers that have existing designs such as 2.6mV/V output sensors.

What types of test data is available for these high temperature pressure sensors?

Three main types of test data are available:

5-point calibration data (room temperature)
9-point calibration data (room temperature)
